What Our Process Looks Like

We have created a 6 step process that takes the stress out of an exciting time.

Every step of process you can reset assured you are in capable, qualified hands as you are dealing direct with the owner.

There is no need to rush through the steps, we want you to enjoy the process. From initial consultation to completion, we ensure you are happy with every detail and decision. We want your love of your new cabinetry to last for many years to come.

We encourage our customers to first visit our showroom to prepare and see what is possible before booking an in-home consultation.

We understand your renovation is a big decision and investment, so we invite you to meet with the team to put your concerns at ease and feel confident from the start.

This also give you an opportunity to view what is possible.

View every possible drawer and door configuration, benchtops, tough glass splashbacks, materials, finishes and colours from our leading suppliers Blum hardware and Polytec.

Different types of drawer systems, Blum Aventos Lift-up Door Systems, our specialised pantry tower and corner drawers, spice drawer units, sink drawer are all just the beginning.

2. Free Personalised In-Home Consultation

2. Free Personalised In-Home Consultation

Once you have viewed our showroom, book a free at home consultation which includes measure and quote.

We will discuss your needs, tastes, lifestyle and appliances to determine a design for your new kitchen or specialised cabinetry.

During the consultation we will answer any questions and assist you through any concerns. We will lay out the process and design clearly and transparently to build mutual understanding with you.

3. View 2D & 3D drawings

You will be invited back to the showroom to view 2D drawing of your new cabinetry. During this consultation we can make alterations to ensure the new design suits your needs.

After this, a quotation will be emailed to you. Any future alternations can be made to suit your budget or needs.

Once you are happy to proceed and the deposit is paid, your project is immediately put in line for the next available installation and given an estimated install date.

After approval of large kitchen projects, we can arrange an in-showroom viewing of a 3D drawings of your new kitchen to assist you to visualise your dream.

4. Offsite Manufacturing and Assembly

Before we begin production, we will book a final check-measure at your home, create a cutting list, and purchase hardware and board for the project.

Our qualified cabinet makers, manufacture and build all the cabinets offsite, in our factory prior to delivery and install.

During this process, no attention to detail is missed as we ensure high quality of every cabinet constructed.

5. Pre-Installation & Install

A week before, we will phone you to make final arrangements, and give you time to clear out your cupboards, book your plumbers and electricians, plus finalise any other extras.

Once your kitchen is gutted, we begin the installation which can take a couple of days depending on what decisions you have made on finishes, benchtops and splashbacks. All of this is discussed in the planning step and communicated through the process.

If you order a laminate benchtop and/or glass splashback from us, we will manage the install to coincide with their delivery to ensure your project comes together at the same time. If you haven’t decided on a splashback prior no stress, we will come back to arrange this for you at a later date.

6. Final Details & Completion

At the completion of your project, we will perform a final inspection and ensure you are happy with the finishes. We do not proceed to the next job unless you are completely in love with your new kitchen, laundry, vanity, or custom cabinetry.

Your trades will complete their part, finishing electrical work, connecting appliances and plumbing.

Now it is time for you to enjoy your new cabinetry, entertain family and friends around your new kitchen and marvel at the workmanship for many years to come.
